the mergeculture project

This whole thing was inspired by simply the creation of an inspirational website to promote art in my community; in an attempt to create this website at this particular time in my life, I was also presented with some problems: I was thinking, I want to make the most bad ass website I can possibly make, as an outlet, as a passion. I need to maximize that impact, that is when this project became art. I started figuring out some solutions to maximize the impact, and make this all work, and discovered along the way some solutions to the source of dissatisfaction in the arts, and creative industry as a whole. So my goal shift to expose the source, present solutions, educate aspiring artists, and then, take all of these findings and build an inspirational website. Ultimately, this will all come together to create a collective movement of progressive thinking, a reminder how art, creativity, subculture, and unity can change attitudes and communities. The goal of the project is simple, expose the best, expose progression, and unite a unique collective. All using the best tool for maximum exposure, the internet. At the point of writing this, I have leveled the ground, and started to build a very solid foundation to expel these incredible realizations that I’ve come to. Which I’m sure you will all find inspiring, and highly motivational, and incredibly real.
